First Day Cover

Ian Fleming Publications has produced its own limited edition First Day Cover, incorporating the six Ian Fleming's James Bond Special stamps issued by the Royal Mail. The stamps illustrate six of the books from the author's famous series: Casino Royale, Dr No, Goldfinger, Diamonds are Forever, For Your Eyes Only and From Russia with Love.

Each individual stamp illustrates the covers from four editions of the featured book: the Jonathan Cape first edition, the UK paperback Pan edition, the US Jove paperback edition and the most recent Penguin paperback edition. The envelope features artwork by Michael Gillette from the forthcoming Penguin hardback edition ofCasino Royale, and has dimensions 14cm x 22cm.
